TSheets Web App

I registered with TSheets a month ago and I admit that I never logged into my account after that. I know that it’s a web-based time management and tracker but my dashboard is pretty confusing. Besides, I always have multiple tabs open on each of my three browsers so I normally try to minimize the websites that I log into.

Last night, I received a newsletter from TSheets and they mentioned about their TSheets iPhone WebApp so I decided to check them out on my iPhone.

TSheets interface on the iPhone

I have to say that the iPhone version of my dashboard is so much easier to use. Actually, TSheets is like a stopwatch where you clock the amount of time you have spent on a particular project per day and all time.

So yeah, for me, using TSheets on the iPhone is way easier than on the computer but this does not mean that I will be using it more because knowing me, I will keep forgetting to clock in and out. Talking about clocking out, on the screen of my iPhone, the text “clock out” is duplicated and is out of line on the orange Clock Out button. It’s too bad that I have an issue with iBrickr and am not able to get a screen shot of my TSheets interface on my iPhone.

Hi Emily ~
Thank you for the mention of TSheets - Great Blog!

Regarding your TSheets post, I couldn’t agree more that using TSheets on a regular basis can be a difficult discipline to implement. However, if I may make a suggestion… There was a reason that you signed up for a time tracking device for a reason. There is some type of pain with regards to lost time. If you can quantify that pain and bring it home to how it personally impacts you, I believe you may find the passion that will lead to discipline that you’re looking for.

Thanks for your input, Matt!

Gee… I just wasted almost the whole day messeing with CSS code and it’s not working the way I want it to. I’m giving up~

It’s stuff like these that make me “waste” time.

Oh yeah, perhaps you should check the CHECK OUT button. There’s something wrong with in on my iPhone screen.
