One Million iPhone 3G Sold
While the first generation iPhone took a total of 72 days to hit a million units in sales, this new generation iPhone 3G took three days and 21 countries. And no one is surprised.

If the iPhone 3G is available in more countries at the same time, they would have hit a million units sold even faster; probably in a few hours! Right now, there are still many people hungry for it. I know I am. I wish Maxis would bring it into Malaysia.
Apple stocks jumped on the first day of trading after the stunning opening weekend for the iPhone 3G. The ten million downloads at the App Store over one week boosted the confidence of stock holders too.
Apple’s next target would be hit ten million iPhones in sales by the end of this year. I am afraid by then the iPhone will not be as exclusive anymore.
